New regulation - prevention of air pollution from 1 Jan 2010

In accordance with Marpol 73/78 Annex VI and EU Council directive 2005/33/EU:
Norwegian Maritime Directorate has issued § 6-10a, that demands that ships alongside quay, is from 1. Januar 2010 not allowed to use FO with sulphur content above 0,10% vol. Change of Fuel must be logged.
