New NOx tariff 2010

The new regulation for the NOx duty for 2010 has been issued in Norwegian.
The excise rate for 2010 is set at NOK 16,14 per kilogram NOx emitted. Some changes have been made from last year. Thus, the new regulation with interpretative notes should be read thoroughly.
NOx information from the authorities is also available in English. Please be aware that the English translation of the framework is based on the regulation from 2008. Thus, there have been several changes in both the regulation and the interpretive notes from the authorities since then. Unfortunately, it does not look like the authorities will issue the new regulation for 2010 in English.
