New Harbour Regulations at Mongstad

StatoilHydro has now releaed a June 2008 issue of Mongstad Harbour Regulations booklet
Some of the changes are due to StatoilHydro will during June 2008 start the VOC plant and use gas return whilst loading crude oil.
Jetty no. 12 is now in the manual.
The "PAI", pre arrival information, for ships loading crude oil has been changed. This is espceially under the category "Crudeoil/OBO/OO export ship". All ships loading crude are requested to have ready certificates of the lines for gas return. See under http://www.oro.no/port_info/ chapter 2.9 for more information.
